Step 2: CLARIFY

Next, we figure out the skills and attributes of someone who could readily achieve the goal you are seeking. How would the person you want to become actually believe, speak, and act? What is DIFFERENT about them that allows them to do what you haven’t been able to do? What activities will promote those qualities in YOU?

Step 3: DEVELOP

We then simply “bridge the gap” between where you started and where you want to be. As we undertake these activities together, you will OVERCOME obstacles and self-imposed limitations. You will tap new sources of personal POWER that provide the energy you need to PERSIST and achieve your goals.

Since one of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is “start with the end in mind” we will understand what you are trying to ACHIEVE, what you’ve done before, and why it might not have worked before. We also learn more about you as a whole person — using assessments, questionnaires and activities. The benefit is that we’ll both have a really clear vision of what we are working to achieve, which is essential for attaining important goals.
